Newly opened in October 2006, Express by Holiday Inn is located in Catesby Business Park, only 2 minutes from the M18, making it ideal for the business/leisure traveller.
Bedrooms are of a contemporary design and equipped with all the standard features required for a relaxing stay, including power showers, hairdryers, satellite TV, in-house movies and tea/coffee making facilities. Bedrooms and public areas are fully air conditioned. The 2 modern meeting rooms offer excellent in-room facilities and are ideal for conferences, meetings and training events.

By car from the North:
- Travel south down the A1 for Doncaster.
- At junction 35 turn left for the M18 (signposted Hull).
- Continue on the M18 until you reach junction 3 then turn left onto the A6182 (White Rose Way).
- At the 1st roundabout turn left onto Woodfield Way (Catesby Business Park).
- Go straight through the 2nd roundabout and the hotel is on your left-hand side.
From the South:
- Travel north on the M1 for Doncaster.
- When you reach junction 32, leave the motorway and follow signs for the M18, signposted Hull.
- Continue on the M18 until you reach junction 3 then turn left onto the A6182 (White Rose Way).
- Continue as above.
From the East:
- Travel west on the M18 until you reach junction 3 then turn right onto the A6182 (White Rose Way).
- Continue as above.
From the West:
- Travel on the M1 until you reach junction 32.
- Leave the motorway here and follow signs for the M18, signposted Hull.
- Continue on the M18 until you reach junction 3, then turn left onto the A6182 (White Rose Way).
- Continue as above.
